The 5 Secrets of Living Your Life to the Full
How To Design Your Life As Your Own Best Friend
Do you know that there should be something more to your life? Do you feel in your heart that you’re not fulfilling your life’s purpose? That you don’t even know what it is?
That was me, just two years ago. I had a successful career in the corporate travel industry – and from the outside, it looked as if I had it all. However, on the inside, I was disillusioned, lost and unfulfilled.
So I took a huge leap of faith.
I left my secure and high-profile role and began working as an independent consultant.
But, I also began to work on myself. I was determined to find my life’s purpose.
And find it, I did!
I started by becoming my own best friend. No more harsh judgements of my performance, body, face, hair – you name it. Instead, only encouragement, love and appreciation.
Today, I do what I enjoy most: generating more love, happiness and wealth in my life – and now I want to help you by sharing my experience and knowledge.
On my journey, I learned five significant things. These five secrets were the key to unlocking my happily ever after.
But now that I’ve discovered them, it would be selfish to keep them to myself! So now, I’d like to gift these secrets to you…
Balance is hugely important in all areas of life. We talk about having a balanced diet, life-work balance and a balanced mind. If we’re out of balance, life’s challenges tend to be more difficult to deal with.
Trust In Self
When you’re in balance, it’s much easier to build up trust in yourself. We’re constantly being bombarded with a false image of reality on television, in magazines and on social media – it’s easy to lose that connection with your soul.
Once you’ve rebalanced yourself and regained trust in your decisions (and decision-making process), it’s time to claim ownership. Ownership of your life – all aspects.
If you’re sticking to this plan of action (and don’t worry if it takes you a little bit of time, this is not a ‘quick fix’ – you’re designing and building your dream life here!), you’re getting closer to finding your life’s true purpose.
This is my favourite: dreaming bigger. You get to look back and see how far you’ve come and how much you’ve changed. And then you start all over again with bigger dreams!
Your Happy Life
Is it really that simple? Yes, it is. But simple doesn’t mean it’s going to be easy. Remember how I started? First and foremost, I became my own best friend, cheerleader and advocate. This makes the road easier, and, of course, it doesn’t hurt to laugh on the journey. You’ll emerge stronger, happier, and with a greater understanding of yourself – and others.
That’s worth taking this journey for, isn’t it?
