  • Four modules sent to your home with specially curated case studies of women who found their balance; the latest theories and research on the topics; stories with food for thought to help you find your own way; and exercises for you to complete in between modules and our coaching sessions.
  • Tracking sheets to see how much you are progressing and to discover areas that might need further attention.

Postal Service

  • Four modules sent to your home with specially curated case studies of women who found their balance; the latest theories and research on the topics; stories with food for thought to help you find your own way; and exercises for you to complete in between modules and our coaching sessions. These are posted separately with a gap of two weeks in between so you have time to get through all the content.
  • Tracking sheets to see how much you are progressing and to discover areas that might need further attention.

Virtual Service

  • Four modules for you to download with specially curated case studies of women who found their balance; the latest theories and research on the topics; stories with food for thought to help you find your own way; and exercises for you to complete in between modules and our coaching sessions. These are emailed separately with a gap of two weeks in between so you have time to get through all the content.
